The Hermitage
Our first visit comes after a short 10-minute walk to discover a magical place where one breathes peace. A tiny chapel, an exceptional viewpoint ..... Our guide will explain the fascinating history of the place, while we taste a piece of freshly baked ensaimada.
Archduke's residence - 13th century
Founded by the great thinker and inventor Ramon Llull, it was first a language school, then a monastery and then the summer residence of Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria and his illustrious guests. Discover it’s interiors and its Byzantine gardens full of stories, secrets and legends. At the end of the visit, there is nothing better than a bite of some traditional Quelitas crackers with cheese.
Centuries - old olive oil mill in the heart of the Sóller Valley
Greeted by one of the owners, we will visit the family business and discover the world of olive oil production and orange cultivation. We end this magnificent tour at the olive oil mill, after a traditional Mallorcan "pa amb oli" tasting. Local rustic bread, tomatoes, olives, cheese, ham and olive oil. For dessert a Gató, an almond cake that is very typical of the island. Wine, water and a delicious freshly squeezed orange juice from Sóller. (during season)
